Hi all, particularly Andrew Carol and Erica,
Sorry to you all, particularly Andrew, for jumping in on the thread, but I'm
having a different problem to Andrew, which may be able to be solved by
installing windows live mail, but I'm not certain, I wonder what you think.
Outlook Express seems to want to compact messages at least once every day or
two, even though I have plenty of storage space on my hard disk. I did
consider changing to Microsoft Outlook but even with my knowledge of
Microsoft e-mail clients, I'd need sighted help to make sure I didn't lose
anything if I changed the e-mail client to Outlook. However, talk on this
thread has prompted me to ask what would happen if I did download Windows
Live Mail on to this XP Pro machine, would it install over the top of
Outlook Express version 6 and keep my folders and e-mails? Could I install
it without Sighted help?
