Marie, I use J7 and have no problem putting in the numbers, the only thing
Id say is that they are often a bit muffled so you might need to listen to
it a few times and make sure as some often sound like others, do it
without anything else around to interupt you. Don't put any spaces in or
dashes etc

I need to reset my password on the net passport website, I find I have to
listen to numbers because of the dreaded characters in a picture. I make a
careful note of the numbers and type them on the edit field provided but
the numbers don't get accepted, I get the message symbol error. Any of you
tried using this lately with JFW 7? can anyone give me any clue about what
I'm doing wrong or what could be the problem?
Thanks for any help, I miss chatting on Messenger a bit so would love to
get this resolved somehow.
