Hi Martin,

Sounds to me like paranoia. You have too many Spyware programs running at
once. Settle on just one to run resident, and scan with the others
periodically.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] problem installing windows updates.

Hi list:

Using windows xp sp2 with system access and avg anti virus and spyware pro,
with windows defender and spyware blaster installed and running, when I try
to install Microsoft updates some updates install but others do not. I have
tried downloading with AVG not installed, and with parts of it disabled.
should I disable some of the other anti spyware progs too? I am trying to
install these updates and things are getting rather frustrating here. any
help gratefully received.
Hope to hear from you soon.

From Martin.
