Hi Billy,

It kind of helps when troubleshooting if you could say what
make and model of printer you have, and what operating
system and version of that you are running.  Can you also
describe, "half the page"?

1)  Did you install the drivers first, BEFORE connecting the
printer?
2)  It could just be that you have the paper size wrong.
3)  It could be that you need newer drivers if you have XP
SP2.=20
4)  Is the printer running off a USB hub?
