I have a similar problem with my IPhone 5S since upgrading to IOS 9.1. I've
bought a lead with a jack plug which plugs into the bottom of the phone and at
the other end is a hook which goes over your ear behind your hearing aid from
Conn Evans and then you turn on the T switch on the hearing aid and you have
what they call a mini loop system-I think the device is known as a "shoe". It
has helped me and is worth trying.
