Barbara
Have you tried calling directory enquiries and asking for orange
mobile.
There is and i've called it before, but i can't remember the number, a
national number. If you have sighted help, they may be a phone number
on the paperwork that came with the mobile. alternatively, maybe
someone local to you who is orange may be able to get past the
barracades via their number. I know they'll say its for their number,
but once they get through they could explainon your behalf or pass the
phone to you. technology sometimes gets in the way of common sense,
and i think this is one of them, good luck.
