I notice that if I adjust the volume when reading a label the Penfriend doesn't go to the maximum volume when reading another label. Instead it keeps the current position. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Carol Pearson Sent: 20 November 2009 23:32 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: penfriend questions-got mine to day Trace, The plus and minus button is for the volume. Each time you read a new label, (at least in the earlier versions, of which I have one) the volume raises to its maximum, which isn't too good; but, if it's a long item you're reading, you can at least turn it down with this button. Keep pressing and you should get what you want. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: "Spring.flower" <spring.flower@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, November 19, 2009 7:18 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: penfriend questions-got mine to day > Hi > > Done some more labelling to day, had a bhought aobut > doing the plugs, some of them get warm and so will dry up > the glue on the label so having a re-think, at the > moment, attaching a card to the cable and sticking the > label on that is looking most promising. > What is the plus and minus button for? > > I've noticed you don't actually have to touch the label > to get the pen to read it. > > thanks for the help > > Trace > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Mann, Madleen" <Madleen.Mann@xxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Wednesday, November 18, 2009 3:36 PM > Subject: [access-uk] Re: penfriend questions-got mine to > day > >> Yes exactly there . >> Hope you can find it alright and let us know if you need >> anything or further explanation. >> >> I agree labling all is fun and so useful too. >> >> Best wishes, madleen >> >> -----Original Message----- >> From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >> [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of >> Spring.flower Sent: 18 November 2009 15:34 >> To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >> Subject: [access-uk] Re: penfriend questions-got mine to >> day >> Ah, so it is where the usb connection is then?
