Thanks for this. AS you've probably seen from my previous message, I've
solved the problem - it was to do with the first letter of the filename
being in upper and not lower case.

Hi Theresa what I do is go in to windows explorer select the file you
want to upload and paste it with control v in to internet explorer
where all your other files are.
in other words open your ftp site in internet explorer and it should work
