Yes, thanks Alex.  As we live in Northern Ireland, our local TV channel,
UTV, have their own broadband service which is reputed to be very good with
fibre-optic cables and a dedicated UK-based call centre.  The prices don't
look too bad either, but we'll see.

I'm glad I could point you in the correct direction for some help, although
the support News Group does seem to be quiet at present.

I quite understand why you can't subscribe yourself, and why both yourself
and Martin may look for another provider later on, but for the moment I hope
