I'm glad you've got a possible alternative.
Coming back to the original subject of this thread, I've
been unable to access my e-mails since Tuesday and have only
just got to download e-mails, and guess what the problem
was, password verification requests, which in their turn
caused me to accidentally type an extra * in the password
box because I went on typing without realising the box had
come up.
