[access-uk] overlay for onscreen keyboard

Hi everybody, I seem to remember mention in the past of a braille overlay for 
the IPhone or IPad onscreen keyboard. I've looked in the archives but can't 
find anything. If anyone can tell me if there is such a thing, and where I can 
get it it would be extremely helpful.
  The IPad I've been given incidentally is an IPad mini 3 running IOS 9.3.
