Hello. when I go thru my outlook express mail, next to some messages, jaws keeps on saying collapsed and expanded. I don't know how to get rid of this, so much so, that when I pressed the delete key, it deleted all my emails. Thanks Balal Hussain Kind regards Balal Hussain
