Others may have more informative ideas but if you move the messages you want
to edit into the drafts folder you can then make changes and move them to the
folder you want to keep them in.

After making changes press escape and you will be asked if you want to save
changes - say yes then you can move from drafts folder to wherever you want.

  Hi,

I have a question regarding Outlook Express. Is there a way that I can edit
a received message? When I receive a message or have saved messages in one of
my folders, I am unable to edit these messages. If I press the delete key the
whole message is deleted. Is there a way to edit within a message? Thanks.

  Shea
