So, when your in the message view of Outlook control 2 will place you in the
Calendar view. I find the best feedback I get from Jaws is in the month view
you can switch to this by using control alt 4. You can access appointments by
using the tab key. This will move you from one appointment to another no matter
how big or small the gap in date/time between them. To go back simply use shift
tab. The cursor left and cursor right keys will step you back and forward by
day, the down arrow will move you forward by a week and the up arrow will move
you back by the same. When your moving around with the arrow keys Jaws will
tell you if there any appointments that day and how many there are.
When the appointment is open, use the alt key to go into the ribbon and you
should be in the Appointment Tab. Press the tab key until you hear reminder and
then use the cursor down key to change it.

Subject: [access-uk] outlook calendar and JFW questions
Hi all,
I have recently begun using the outlook calendar and have two questions.
Firstly is there another way to read appointments rather than insert alt w as I
don't have enough hands to hold all the keys and want to avoid using sticky
keys if possible.
Secondly, I am adding appointments via my Braille Note touch plus but I was
wondering in outlook how do you delete an event.
Furthermore can you set outlook to remind you of an event the evening before on
the PC.
Many thanks to everyone in advance.
Kind regards
