Well I think it is 3 key presses- .
Whilst focused on a message in the inbox,
Pressing the Application key, then J key will then focus on a Junk sub menu
with block sender highlighted. Pressing enter here should work.
This is what works on my Office 365 Subscription version- I am not sure about
earlier version.
