Well blow me down! I believe I may have got to the bottom of this. I have Outlook 2003 here at home, and guess what? BCC does not appear in the menu. And I think I may know why. I am using Word as my Outlook editor, not Outlook. In a new message, click the arrow next to the Options button, and then click Bcc.=20 I'm about to change my editor to Outlook's own, so I'll report back if the results change.
