Hi, This one is for George, and anyone else curious about getting BCC when using Word as your editor and wanting to do it with the keyboard and without the dreaded Rodent. George, it's quite simple to get that drop down arrow with the keyboard. 1. Press Control-N for New Message. 2. Fill in your other fields, but before tabbing to the body, press Alt-C. 3. Now tab to BCC and hit enter, and you got it. I think we have all learned something from this. All the best -- Computer Room Services: the long cane for blind computer users. Using Word as your editor causes other problems as well, like you can't easily insert a signature without sight, unless you set one up to be inserted automatically. Another little tip, if you do insist on using Word as your editor, and you have multiple accounts like me, press Alt-N to bring up the accounts drop down. I am sure these shortcuts must be listed somewhere, and there is probably one for BCC as well, but I can't find it at the moment. If I do, I will report back. Cheers George. This copy of Microsoft Office 2003 is professional would it be set out any differently? Sometimes I wonder why I use Outlook it is so frustrating in some little ways but I prefer it in others. I merely was surprised that you would need sighted assistance at all to look at a menu, which is standard. All the best -- Computer Room Services: the long cane for blind computer users.
