Yes guys, I am replying to my own message, using Outlook's
editor, and BCC now appears in the message View menu.=20

Here's where to change things.

When NOT in a message, select the Tools menu (Alt + t), and
then Options (or press o)

Now navigate to the "Mail Format" tab.

Uncheck "Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages".

Start a new message, and now look at the View menu. BCC
will be there.

I'd better also clarify this arrow next to the Options
button. (Which disappears when you do the above)

It is a downward pointing triangular shaped arrow to the
right of the Options button. I'm afraid I don't have JAWS
installed here at home, so I have no idea how to access
this. However, it brings up a sub menu as follows:

Options
E-mail signature
Stationary
BCC
From

You simply cursor down to BCC and press Enter.

Another thing which changes between Outlook's editor and
Word, is the option to select Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML.
In Outlook's editor you can select Plain Text or HTML for a
message's Format Menu. It Word's editor it is a separate
drop down list to the right of the Options button.

Well, well, talk about learning something new every day!

George.

Well blow me down! I believe I may have got to the bottom
of this.

I have Outlook 2003 here at home, and guess what? BCC does
not appear in the menu.

And I think I may know why. I am using Word as my Outlook
editor, not Outlook.

In a new message, click the arrow next to the Options
button, and then click Bcc.=3D20

I'm about to change my editor to Outlook's own, so I'll
report back if the results change.

George.
