Christine, it's because now and again her Outlook Express stops responding. I know she had some disk errors the other day, so maybe that's the cause. So, short of starting over again on her laptop, I suggested Outlook for her. I find it works better with POP/SMTP servers than IMAP servers, but that's just my opinion. ----- Original Message ----- From: Christine Weetman To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, August 16, 2007 11:03 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: out look express problem Aah, I use outlook express for Everything, I'm besotted! lol Christine. ----- Original Message ----- From: Chris Hallsworth To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, August 15, 2007 3:24 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: out look express problem Hannah, I'm not having this issue here. However, if you want to, we can set up Outlook to access Gmail. I know you may hate Outlook, but this may be due to lack of confidence in using the programme. Hope this helps.
