[access-uk] out look express problem

Hi i have just recieved a attachment from chris. even though i pressed save  
attachments nothing came up save to or browse to where i wanted it to go. just 
woundering if any one else has had this problem? if so could you give me 
addvixce on how to solve this regards hannah
