Hi Justin
I'm using one of the players provided by the RNIB. Can anyone confirm that
there is new firmware for the RNIB-issued players, and explain what the
benefits of upgrading might be? When this has happened before RNIB have
distributed the new firmware on CDs with a talking installation process that
just does it all. What's the deal if you download it from the website?
