Hi Amro, I've tried both and it keeps on chucking me back. I think the problem
is that the lady in the chemist who read it to me is indian, and so it isn't
easy to tell if she's saying p, b or v. I'm probably mishearing some of the
letters.
                    John.

I used small letters when I did mine. I didn't think it mattered what case
the letters were in and it worked fine.

When I did mine all the letters were upper case.

Hi everybody, I've just had an unfruitful half an hour making repeated
attempts to enter my sensus ID number. As I am totally blind and live on my own
I'd asked the lady in the chemist to read it onto my stream.
Unfortunately, although she read it out she didn't say if letters were
upper case or lower case. Is it case sensitive?
                        John.
