Hi Amro, I've tried both and it keeps on chucking me back. I think the problem is that the lady in the chemist who read it to me is indian, and so it isn't easy to tell if she's saying p, b or v. I'm probably mishearing some of the letters. I didn't think it mattered what case the letters were in and it worked fine. ----- Original Message ----- From: Iain Lackie To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, March 28, 2011 4:25 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: online sensus ID code When I did mine all the letters were upper case. As I am totally blind and live on my own I'd asked the lady in the chemist to read it onto my stream. Unfortunately, although she read it out she didn't say if letters were upper case or lower case. Is it case sensitive? John.
