Hi Sandra

Thanks for the info - I'm interested in personal banking only. Have you any
views on Rapport?

Regards

David

Hi,

I am with NatWest and I have a card reader. It is a talking card reader which
they will send to you in the post. I have had no problems with it. I am not
sure though if you are opening a business account with them you might need to
use it all the time but with a current account you don't need to use it unless
you are setting up standing orders and that sort of thing.

Take care,

  Hi

I'm considering opening an on line account with Nat-west. Does anyone have
any experience with their talking card reader or the Rapport software? I'd
rather find out in advance whether there are any problems.
  Thanks

  David
