Hi John
I have no problem with Envision AI, I really like it. But I have been
experimenting with Supersense, and all I get using the same documents on both
phones is gobbledygook. I have checked all the settings and have the same
lighting conditions as Envision AI, but Supersense just gives me garbage on the
quick read setting. Yet if I use Supersense to identify something, it does so
with no issues on either phone, so go figure!
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

Subject: [access-uk] observations with scanning text
hi all,
this morning i tried to scan a perscription with envision oulook and voice
dream scanner.
these tablets have braille on of course but the envision could not read
anything at all. i tried this app on my pixel 3 a and then the i-phone se 20 20
but no joy at all.
with voice dream though it works a treat and the outlook app on the android
phone also it worked a treat.
now is their any settings that can be changed on envision to make it work
maybe.
my other question would be if one acquired the envision glasses would it read
any better. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- **
