Hi Alison,

I think you mean the O6, right?

I meant to send you an Email yesterday, but was out most of the day, for
which I apologise.

Please visit http://www.o6app.com/accessibility.

You will find everything there.

Thanks.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] o2 tutorial

I purchased the O2 device yesterday to provide remote access to my iPhone
but am having problems accessing the tutorial each time I double tap on the
tutorial button I am taken to a button labelled button back dark modal and
tapping on this returns me to the menu again. Any suggestions?  Also, I lost
the ability to have a keyboard so wasn't able to type messages or emails. I
have played around with the device and now have this feature back again but
I don't know how I lost it, or more to the point, how I got it back (smile!)
