Is there anyway of flashing the phone yourself?

The phone isn't under garentee anymore.

HI,
When something similar happened to meI was told by a Nokia Service Center
that this was a common happening, either due to disconnection or by a fault
in the upgrade process.  He would have to return it to Nokia to have the
firmware flashed.  No cost if you are under guarantee.
