the ipod shuffle does not necessarily play randomly. This is a total misconception as far as I am aware. There is a control that can be set to play in order or randomly. The creative player refered to appears to be a similar product but about half the price. What softwear would we need to do this? I've just had a word with my son who says it won't be any different from the ipod shuffle, that only plays randomly and doesn't talk. Curious Christine. ----- Original Message ----- From: roger south To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2007 11:14 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: new accessible mp3 player I've ordered one of these from Amazon at £27.99 plus p & p totalling altogether £30.12. It arrives tomorrow and sounds from the write-ups very good. But at that price if it's not what I want I can give it away as a present and not lose any sleep.
