[access-uk] navigation by object in NVDA

Hi list,
I've got NVDA installed on my PC and I am trying to figure out how this object
navigation works. Can anyone explain it to me in a way that is understandable
because the tutorial is not of any help to me at all. For instance, how would
I go about reading say a profile on skype? How does this navigation object work
basically?
