I have microsoft sam, but still get error -208 when I try and sync the Ipod,
also when I go into speech on the control panel it says the necessary engine

If you installed sapi5 voices, you can see a list of them in control
panel/speech in the text to speech tab.

      Hi Sunil,

Sounds like he has no SAPI voices installed. Then it wouldn't let you do
it. But I thought Sam came with every XP machine.

      All the best

      Steve

When you say the tickbox in iTunes won't tick what do you mean exactly?
Can you find the relevant option? What happens when you try to tick it?
