Hi George,

There is no point him buying the 8GB version at the moment, as no screen
reader will support it. All right for you sighted blokes <Smile>.

All the best

Steve

Then you've been ripped off by not being offered the 8GB version.

George.

Hi Jackie,

That is great advice from Steve and I have just done that, bought the N95
4GB and a 8GB memory card this afternoon.

Whilst you are getting your son a new phone, you should get the N95 for
yourself. It truly is a fantastic phone.

Kindest Regards,

Hi Jackie,

I personally wouldn't bother with the N95 8GB, I'd buy a regular N95 and an
8GB card.

All the best

Steve

I too would be interested in opinions, but not for Ian or myself. Our son
is looking for a good music phone with large storage as a combined
birthday/Christmas present from the mugs who are his mum and dad (smiles).
And I only told him I'd think about it too!!

But while he wouldn't need TALKS as a sighted user, I would be really keen
to know if anyone has used the N81, which I've not come across before, and
what it is like compared to the N95, which I've seen. He has sort of got
his heart set on the N95 8GB, and wants to combine music and phone into one
device instead of having his Ipod attached to one arm, and his current
mobile at the end of his other one. Purely because I'm interested, and want
to make sure that if we do buy him something like that he's getting a good
deal, I'd value any comments.

Jackie

Subject: [access-uk] n81 vs n95

Hi,

Yes back on mobile phones again!!

Have been to a couple of phone shops today to have a feel of the n81 and n95
handsets before talking to my phone provider next week re a new contract.
both phones would be good, I particularly like the music bias on the n81 and
fact it comes in 8gb version. is anyone out there using an n81 and if so
any comments re it's features, talks etc? Also I recall Steve Nutt
commenting a few days ago that the 8gb n95 is currently not workable with
talks, does this apply to the 8gb n81 too?

Your comments / feedback much appreciated,

With thanks,

Phil
