Hi Janet,
Start NVDA. Press WinKey+B to move to the System Tray. Use the left
and right arrows to find NVDA and press Space to open the NVDA menu.
Select Preferences > Keyboard Settings and you can set CapsLock to be
the NVDA key from there.
