a con artist.The likelihood of you ever seeing your £100 or the phone
is extremely low.
Why would he be selling a phone for £100 when the cheapest they are
going for on ebay is between £140 and £180?
Expensive lesson, but if you DO ever pay someone for goods, off ebay,
at least Paypal may give you a little extra protection.

You may end up paying them an extra 4% to cover their charges, but
they're less likely to be a scam merchant!
