Hi John

To be honest, if you are that concerned, cut your losses and request a
refund on the basis that you don't feel the product lives up to expectation.
Given the negativity it is receiving, not just in this country by the way, I
don't think they could argue with you.  To be honest, writing endless posts
about your concerns on list isn't really going to solve your issues.  If you
are that concerned, do something about it! (smile.)  It's a shame, but you
have to stand up and be counted sometimes.

hi all just found out another good friend of mine zo taught at the rnc has
had his braille note touch go truly dead on him to me this is a great wohry
with this device mine is back to see why i cannot connect via the braille
terminal. i truly wonder how many more people are having difficulties with
