[access-uk] more ps2 to usb.

hi guys, further to my last post about the ps2 to usb adaptor.
When I plug the adaptor into my desktop system, using the usb port. I get
this error message:
USB device not recognised. One of the USB devices attached to this computer
has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognise it.
More and more puzzling,
