Hi.

Anyone using Android or the I-phone will find the Alto2 rubbish. I use the
Alto2, it suits me just fine. It is very basic but suits my needs. Texting
is slow if you have to use the same key in succession. I just need a
talking mobile for making and receiving calls and texts.

Maureen.

Couldn't agree more and to add I would call this product a booby prize.
I looked at one some time back and didn't think much of the overall quality.
, and can't letter select anyone in your contact list.
When I spoke to a member of R N I B customer services they told me if I was
using a Nokia as I was at the time then this phone was not for me as it was
very slow.
I thank them for their honesty .
