contact us off list, or ask your friend to contact us.
Firstly, is it a Milestone 112, 212 or 312?
Next, is the firmware up to date? To find out the firmware version, you need
to press and hold the mode button, which is below the Play button. Let us know
that.
If the firmware is up to date, we’ll need to investigate further.

he has got a milestone and before upgrading his computer and when using Lunar
with speach, he was able to transfer books onto it quite easily. Blind
Veterans kindly helped him get a new computer, it operates on Windows 10 and
also got Supernova on. He is struggling to download his books onto it from CD.
When he selects all the files on the CD and does COPY using Control C and then
goes to his Milestone and tries to paste using Control V it sometimes says it
can't find files to paste, and sometimes it even can't find the Milestone. He
keeps saying that should he open the files and do them individually rather than
select all using Control A and then copying. t have to do them individually
because as he said it would take forever and especially when he has been able
to do it by just selecting all the files.
