Hi Susan,
Have you tried it in different USB ports? Are you plugging into a USB hub,
or straight into the machine?
All the best
Steve

Subject: [access-uk] milestone
Hi folks,
I have a milestone but for some reason or other when I plug it in to my
computer the computer does not recognise it, but what it does say from time
to time is that the previous time I used the u s b port it malfunctioned,
however I can use my pen drive and external hard drive with no problem.
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem.
Many thanks
susan
