As Eeyore said on his birthday, 'some of us can, and some of us can't and
that's all there is to it, Piglet'...but does anyone know what might be
happening here? It's maddening when someone sends a message you can't read, and
just as frustrating when you are told a message is blank when you know it was
full of text, and there's nothing you can do to help.

(if you can read this), Louisa's message came through loud and clear here, but
only a couple of weeks ago, I too sent a message which your system presented as
blank. Could it be that there is an intermittent problem at your end?
