Hi Jim,
Press the windows key to bring up the edit box and type in default programs. It's the first result so press enter. Tab until you hear set your default programs and press enter. Wait a few seconds and then tab once to a list of programs. Winamp should be one of these. Once it's highlighted, tab to the set as default and press enter or the space bar. Tab to okay and hit enter or the space bar. That should do it, hopefully.
