No, mine is the older Breaze. I know what you mean about the battery life,
but I bought a battery pack that can charge the phone three times whilst I'm
out and about if I need it. I think it cost £30.
It's a steep learning curve to get used to a touch phone, and I understand
why people would not want to. For them, the Breaze is excellent. Carrying
one piece of kit that is better at the job is preferable for me. Horses for
courses.

hi barry did you get yours upgraded i do wonder which chip set it has in it.
for a blind person who finds touch screens difficult i think the trekker is
the best thing on the market for a blind person. i must say i use blind
square and navigon to do my piano tunings. one other advantage of having
something like the trekker is my battery life on the phone is of course
lasting all day.

I've been told that the mobile phone GPS apps are more accurate as
they use the mobile towers as well as satelites to get location. I
have a Trekker but always use Maps on my iPhone. When the Trekker
first came out, it was the bee's knees for VI people, but mobile phone GPS

should i say could be used zp like us who cannot see the screen. i do
understand one can talk in to them to get the address or infoe you
need for a journey. i think though it would be impossible to use one
though one never knows. i am not sure what system they run on. maybe
