[access-uk] loss of cursor!-Help!

Hi!
Although I have some vision, I am dependant on knowing where I am, from the
cursor
Now,if I move the mouse, the page moves as if it is stuck to the mouse
I am using Windows 7 and System Access, please can you help me?
