Personally I use a jumbo roller as it is much bigger and doesn't snag in bad pavements as easilyas the standard roller does. The pavements are particularly bad where I live, but if that is not the case in your area, maybe the standard roller will be ok for you. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hussein Patwa" <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Just out of interest, I'm surprise you've being charged for the tip. Our local disability provisions are governed by the local Council and they have always said just to call them and they will sort out tips. Not that I've replaced mine in forever, but just surprised. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. I've just looked at the RNIB website, under long canes, and can see my Revolution cane listed. Firstly, I assume I would be charged the VAT free price? and secondly, can somebody tell me about the different tips for this cane? I can't quite figure out the advantages of one over another, like I say, I have been using the roller tip, which seems to have good durability for street work, what are the pros and cons of the other tips over the roller tip?
