Our Social Services will supply the first cane and a tip of your choice but all subsequent canes you buy yourself. A lack of finds was the reason and no-one of my acquaintance here has had a cane from them for around 6 years. I've just looked at the RNIB website, under long canes, and can see my Revolution cane listed. Firstly, I assume I would be charged the VAT free price? and secondly, can somebody tell me about the different tips for this cane? I can't quite figure out the advantages of one over another, like I say, I have been using the roller tip, which seems to have good durability for street work, what are the pros and cons of the other tips over the roller tip? Thanks for any help - Andy
