Hello again Jim, That's OK. By the way, I did send the RNIB IT Team an email last week but have had no response, so don't hold your breath there either! I'll be giving them a bell on Monday and see if anything can be done to sort out the problems, screen readers are having accessing their website. However, I wouldn't hold your breath because companies like ebay don't like admitting they got something wrong. I hope others will also give them a bell and i'll also get in touch with the RNIB and make them aware of the problems and hopefully they might make a diffreance in getting ebay to make their website accessible again. Again many thanks for the info. It can be like manoeuvring a maze to actually get to talk to someone. They pretend that they have online help for everything but they usually have nothing there which is access related at all. I have, in the past, found an email address to contact them with but got no reply for my long troubles in locating this email address or online form, as it might have been. I can't remember how I got to it. However, I did eventually find a phone number which works. The number is: 0845 3553229. If sufficient VIs phone this (or contact them in some other way), perhaps it will make a difference. If anyone knows an email address for their customer services, would you please pass it onto me and I hope others on this list that are having problems with what was once a very good buying experience on ebay, will also send in a complaint. Sometimes there is a "Sign Out" option and sometimes there isn't! You'll find a number of other changes, most of which make Ebay more difficult to use and less manipulable, particularly for narrowing down searches to a manageable number of hits. I would suggest that you contact them and point out the problems which Ebay now presents to screenreader users and suggest that they change things back to how they were before.
