[access-uk] logging out of Facebook

Can anyone tell me how to log out of Facebook using Jaws? Looking in
Facebook help tells me click at the top right hand side of the screen and
then click log out. Obviously click the top right hand side of the screen
doesn't help me much with jaws. Any ideas?
