Hi, folder options is actually in the Tools menu. The options menu never
existed in My Computer/Windows Explorer.

1. Open windows explorer.
2. Go to options.
3. Choose folder option.
4. In there choose view tab.
5. Click on "apply to all folders button", then click apply, then OK. That
should keep the settings.
