[access-uk] Re: list query

Derek, This is a known problem with the list.  Whenever anyone sends a
message to the list they get this.  I think the current theory is that when
the list was transferred, somebody was set to nomail, and their e-mail
account no longer exists, therefore mail cannot be delivered to them.
