I'm sorry, I was a little muddled in my thinking about your use of the
iPad, as I do have a friend, John, who does ... but didn't really check
the surname in your address field. Apologies!
However, Some of that which I wrote still stands so I hope you find my
comments useful.
I'm afraid I don't know of other tutorials, but I'm sure there are more
to find if you are able (or someone else on your behalf) to check some
sites out on the web.
Just give a shout if we can help any more.
