National Rate which was 8p per minute but someone told me a little while ago the 0870 rate has gone up to 10p per minute. Still very cheap.

I don't mind you asking at all!

I have only needed to call technical support once when first setting up
the connection and they resolved the problem very quickly.  I also asked
for bills to be sent in braille and that was done immediately. however I
am not sure what the charge is for technical help; it is an 0870 number.

If it helps you to make your final decision I am with Tiscali Kb speed
and unlimited download plus cheap telephone package for £15.99 per
month. 
Apart from one or two minor teething problems I have found  them very
satisfactory.
