Amanda,

There was a slight bug where the BST effected Kurzweil, try checking for
updates for the patch required within Kurzweil and install, then contacting
your supplier to re-instate the licence.

I did register it when I got the product.
I am having a problem with Curzwille 12. It accidentally went in to
demonstration mode even though I have purchased the product.  It is not
letting me register so, what can I do now?
